THE PROCESS

INSPECTION

The entire roof is inspected for damaged tiles, loose or missing bedding/repointing, moss and lichen.

REPAIR & REPLACE

Damaged tiles, faulty valley irons and damaged roof screws and fittings are replaced where required.

CLEAN

The roof is cleaned using high pressure water.

REBED

All ridge capping is rebedded if needed.

REPOINT

Pointing material is used to finish the ridge capping tiles on a roof.

STERILISE

Where necessary fungal and algal spoilage will be destroyed before re-coating.

PRIMER / SEALER

The entire roof area is coated with an acrylic sealer/primer to ensure strong adhesion of the Roof Membrane.

HIGH QUALITY ROOF MEMBRANE

A water based elastomeric high build coating for application to concrete roof tiles and metal roofs. Roof Membrane provides ultimate protection, durability colour retention and weather proofing. Two coats (each at least four times thicker than paint) are applied for complete protection.
